Roles & responsibilities The Demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge

Understand audit procedures performed by CRC

Be an integral part of the teams assigned as dedicated team for Canada audit engagement teams

Learn to use KCw — the audit documentation tool

Develop an understanding of audit tools/applications used (E.g. Datasnipper, IDEA, CASEWARE, MS Office)

Showcase efficient and effective performance on audit procedures within the set timelines and deliver high-quality work

Demonstrate operational excellence in all processes

Acquire new skills and enhance the existing ones by participating in training and development sessions organized at work

Participate in self-development activities in technical and project management areas

Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills

Take-up other activities from time to time do build personal and professional skills

Participate/lead team and group activities

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have the below

Educational qualifications

Education Qualification: M com or MBA Finance with / B.Com, BBA along with CA Inter passed/ CPA with 2 Papers passed

Work Experience: The candidate must have 0-1 years relevant experience.

Work experience

Be a quick learner and demonstrate adaptability to change

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

Basic Accounting and Auditing Knowledge

Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Attention to detail and quality consciousness

Good working knowledge of Outlook.

Willingness and capability to deliver under tight deadlines

Good knowledge of MS Office (with an emphasis on MS Excel skills)
