We are hiring experienced professionals for senior leadership roles in Equipment Finance / Leasing.
Experience: 5–15 years in Corporate Banking, Equipment Finance or Leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with large corporates, CXOs & CFOs.
- Drive leasing business across Heavy Machinery (Plant & Machinery), IT, Healthcare Equipment, Solar Financing and other assets.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, vendors and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate opportunities, negotiate deal terms and build a robust business pipeline.
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth deal closure and disbursement.
Preferred Qualification: CA / MBA / ICWA
