Position Overview

MyBranch Services is seeking a strategic and results-driven AVP – Facilities & Operations to oversee and scale our national footprint. Based at our Belapur head office, you will lead Pan-India facility operations, infrastructure management, and branch execution. You will drive operational excellence, build high-performing distributed teams, and ensure an exceptional client onboarding experience that delivers long-term member delight across all co-working locations.

Key Responsibilities

Pan-India Operations & Infrastructure Management

- Oversee end-to-end facility management, site operations, maintenance, and infrastructure for multiple co-working branches across India.
- Standardize Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety compliance, vendor management, and utility monitoring across all regional nodes.
- Manage operational budgets, capital expenditures (CapEx), and operating expenses (OpEx) to maximize cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Client Onboarding & Service Excellence

- Design and execute a seamless client onboarding journey to ensure first-day readiness and long-term member retention.
- Establish clear service-level agreements (SLAs)



and key performance indicators (KPIs) to elevate member experience and rapidly address facility escalations.
- Measure and drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) across all client touchpoints.

Leadership & Distributed Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and build regional facility managers, community team members, and ground staff spread across diverse branch locations.
- Implement performance management frameworks, clear reporting structures, and capability-building initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between IT, Admin, Procurement, Projects, and Business Development.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Experience: 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in facility operations, workplace management, and multi-site operations.
- Industry Experience: Solid preference for candidates from the Co-working / Shared Workspace / Flex-Office industry or multi-branch commercial real estate/hospitality setups.
- Geographic Scope: Proven track record of managing Pan-India multi-location operations and leading remote, distributed teams.
- Onboarding & Delight: Demonstrated success in structuring client onboarding workflows and high-touch customer retention models.
- Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
