About the role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. This role is a unique blend of business development and deal closure the ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing transactions. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive revenue targets, mentor junior team members, and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the property buying and selling journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Sourcing & Pipeline Management

- Proactively identify and source current leads through field outreach, referrals, digital channels, builder tie-ups, and channel partner networks.
- Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of prospective buyers and investors across residential and/or commercial segments.
- Conduct site visits, property exhibitions, and client engagement events to generate qualified inquiries.
- Leverage CRM tools to track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion metrics diligently.

Sales Conversion & Closing

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements, financial goals, and property preferences.
- Present suitable properties, prepare tailored pitches, and conduct impactful site visits to accelerate decision-making.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and deal structures in coordination with developers or sellers to close transactions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Manage end-to-end documentation and coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal completion.

Client Relationship Management





- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Provide accurate and transparent information on properties, market trends, pricing, and legal aspects.
- Handle client concerns, objections, and post-sales queries in a professional and timely manner.

Team & Operational Support

- Support the Sales Manager in team briefings, performance reviews, and target planning.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives on sourcing techniques, product knowledge, and closing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with on-ground sales activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

- Any graduate
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Experience

- 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, with demonstrated success in both lead generation and deal closure.
- Prior experience managing residential, commercial, or luxury real estate segments is preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong command of the end-to-end sales process sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- High degree of self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms).
- Sound understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and regulatory frameworks (RERA, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and sales reports.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
