Mandatory Skills & Requirements
* 3–6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales
- Strong hands-on experience handling Commercial Properties
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, Client Handling & Sales Closure
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience closing high-value commercial property deals
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Real Estate Market
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills
- Strong client relationship management
- Ability to conduct property presentations and site visits
- Solid sales pipeline management and reporting
- Candidates from the Real Estate industry ONLY will be preferred
- Self-driven, target-oriented and results-focused
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales of commercial real estate properties Generate leads through multiple channels
Convert prospects into clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Handle negotiations and close transactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Prepare regular sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction execution
Track market trends, projects and competition
Important Interview Requirement
