Experience:
- 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in Electronics Manufacturing, EMS, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, or Industrial Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment function for our Electronics Manufacturing operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring, building talent pipelines, and leading a recruitment team to support business growth across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, production, quality, supply chain, R&D;, and corporate roles.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet manpower requirements within defined timelines.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring targets and quality metrics are achieved.
- Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring.
- Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.




- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Quality of Hire.
- Strengthen the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and industry networking.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and ATS utilization.

Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of manufacturing recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience hiring for production, SMT, PCB assembly, quality, maintenance, engineering, and support functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and employer branding capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume hiring for manufacturing plants.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Exposure to campus hiring and apprenticeship recruitment.
- Experience working with ERP/HRMS systems.
