Role Overview

As a Business Operations expert, you will be responsible for driving B2C city operations of V Protect’s Alarm Monitoring and Response Services. The role acts as a bridge between sales, finance, marketing, and leadership by providing processes, data, reporting, finance & operational support. This role requires a passionate, self-driven individual with strong communication and presentation skills who thrives on achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivables & Invoicing

- Handle all aspects of Accounts Receivables in Oracle Fusion, including invoice generation, Billing payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding payments and reducing DSO month on month.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Support pricing,



contract management, and sales incentive programs.
- Assist in budgeting and revenue planning activities.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and sales execution.

Inventory Management

- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Implement inventory control measures and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Analyse sales data & provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Monitor territory performance, conversion rates, and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business teams to provide financial insights for operational and strategic decisions. Support in MIS reporting and cost management initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports & use data analytics tools to support decision-making. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate (MBA/MCom preferred) with 5-10 Yrs of experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS office (Excel)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle or similar).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
