Role Description This full-time Assistant Manager role is based in Jaipur and follows a hybrid work model, combining in office responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Assistant

Manager will support daily operations, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help implement STEMROBO’s education and technology initiatives. Typical tasks include assisting in project planning and execution, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports,



and ensuring alignment with company standards and methodologies. The role also involves managing schedules, supporting team members, handling basic administrative duties, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes.

The Assistant

Manager is expected to maintain clear communication, uphold quality and compliance, and provide prompt support to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to oversee daily operations and multiple projects.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Basic understanding of education technology, STEM learning concepts, or related domains; experience in EdTech or training environments is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and project tracking systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, engineering, or a related field; relevant professional experience in an assistant manager or coordination role is preferred.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to manage on-site responsibilities in Jaipur and remote tasks as required.
