We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance in construction processes, and managing a team to uphold high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance in construction processes.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to set standards.
- Manage a team of quality control professionals to ensure high standards of quality are maintained.
- Check the quality of materials used in construction and address any quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and present quality reports for all projects, highlighting any areas of concern.
- Liaise with the construction team to address and resolve any quality-related issues.
- Utilize ERP software for efficient management and reporting.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing quality management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to identify any deviations from set quality standards.
- Experience with ERP software will be considered an added advantage.
