Domain-Specific Responsibilities
1. Prepare and coordinate architectural, interior, and execution drawings in accordance with project requirements, design intent, technical standards, budgets, timelines, and execution needs.
2. Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting consultants, site teams, and contractors to resolve design, coordination, and execution issues. Knowledge of MEP services and basic structural design is mandatory.
3. Conduct site visits to monitor execution progress, identify deviations, constructability concerns, drawing conflicts, and coordination challenges, and recommend corrective actions through the appropriate reporting hierarchy.
4. Ensure all design decisions, drawing revisions, material selections, and technical recommendations are aligned with and approved by the Line Manager. Seek guidance on critical design matters, project deviations, client requirements, value engineering proposals, and technical changes.
5. Assist in preparing project budgets, quantity estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, specifications, costing inputs, and procurement-related documentation. Material estimation and verification of measurement sheets for billing purposes are mandatory.
6. Conduct market surveys and product research to identify suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and vendors that meet project specifications and budget requirements.

Collect, evaluate, and compare vendor quotations, technical specifications, and commercial offers. Submit recommendations and participate in vendor negotiations to achieve optimum pricing, quality, delivery, and commercial terms.
8. Contribute to value engineering by proposing technically acceptable alternatives while maintaining quality, functionality, project objectives, and budget compliance.
9. Continuously enhance knowledge of architecture, interior design, construction methodologies, materials, vendor management, cost control, procurement coordination, and project execution under the guidance of the Line Manager and senior management.
