Client Experience and Engagement

1. Ensure 5 star experience for CSR clients
2. Ensure regular interaction and engagement with CSR clients as per requirement
3. Ensure renewals for CSR projects through successful client engagement Proposal Development and Program Design

4. Support in creation of roadmap for existing programs in a 3-5 year time frame including strategies for widening outreach and deepening impact
5. Present proposals to client for renewals
6. Lead the development, adaptation, testing and mainstreaming of best practices in needs assessment, project design, implementation, M & E, and research

Program Implementation and Monitoring

7. Work on end-to-end program management - implementation and program monitoring for projects.
8. Ensure relationship Management with the implementing partners and all relevant stakeholders
9. Ensure effective and productive program monitoring; reporting processes are in place and implemented for all program activities
10. Ensure that lessons,



learning and research around program quality is carried out and used for program quality improvement Internal and External Coordination

11. Ensure optimal coordination and collaboration of team members with relevant teams and contribution to relevant organizational initiatives
12. Independently manage external stakeholder conversations with corporates as well as implementation partners Role Overview: Looking for an Assistant Manager proficient in working with implementation partners (NGOs & social enterprises), experienced in need identification, program concept creation and delivering end to end execution of large projects. You should have deep experience in monitoring, evaluation & reporting as well as overall management of the projects.
