Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Treasury to support the organization’s treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and financial risk management. The role will be responsible for ensuring adequate availability of funds, optimizing cash flows, maintaining banking documentation, and supporting day-to-day treasury activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash & Liquidity Management

- Monitor daily cash and bank balances across all accounts.
- Prepare daily/weekly cash flow and liquidity reports.
- Forecast short-term cash requirements and identify funding gaps or surpluses.
- Ensure timely availability of funds for operational and statutory requirements.
- Monitor and optimize cash utilization across bank accounts.

2. Banking Operations

- Manage day-to-day banking transactions and coordinate with banks.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Handle bank account opening, closure, KYC, mandate updates, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for payment-related queries, transaction issues, and service requests.
- Monitor bank charges and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

3. Payments & Fund Transfers

- Review and coordinate domestic and international fund transfers.
- Ensure payments are processed accurately and within approved timelines.
- Monitor payment status and resolve exceptions with relevant internal teams and banks.




- Ensure compliance with internal authorization and treasury policies.

4. Borrowings & Investments

- Monitor existing loans, working capital facilities, interest rates, repayment schedules, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for renewal and enhancement of credit facilities.
- Assist in evaluating short-term investment opportunities for surplus funds.
- Track interest income, borrowing costs, and maturity schedules.
- Placement of Mutual Funds/Treasury Bills/Fixed Deposit etc.

5. Treasury Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury MIS.
- Prepare bank balance, cash flow, borrowing, investment, and interest reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and investigate outstanding/unreconciled items.
- Provide treasury-related analysis and reports to management.

6. Compliance & Controls

- Ensure treasury activities comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and internal controls.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for treasury transactions.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required treasury information and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of bank and regulatory compliance requirements.

7. Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting.
- Support automation and digitization of treasury activities.




- Assist in implementing treasury management systems and improving cash visibility.

Required Qualifications

- Post Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- CA - Inter / MBA Finance qualification is preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking operations, or financial management.
- Robust knowledge of cash management, banking operations, fund transfers, and cash-flow forecasting.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial controls.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle is preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good knowledge of banking and treasury processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight payment and reporting deadlines. The candidate should also be comfortable coordinating with banks, finance teams, auditors, and senior management.
