Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Digital Social Media to build and drive Pacifics digitalpresence, social media, digital campaigns and performance marketing. The role will own the digital engineand work closely with Brand Communications and Sales.The successful applicant will be a hands-on, high-ownership marketing professional who can takeresponsibility for their workstream and contribute to building Pacifics marketing engine. 3 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, performance marketing or related roles. Hands-on experience across Meta, Google and major social media platforms.

Strong understanding of digital campaigns, analytics, SEO and website performance. Strong content sensibility with a commercial and analytical mindset.

Experience working with agencies / external partners preferred. Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in an evolving environment.This is an opportunity to build Pacifics digital and social media presence from an early stage and shape howthe brand engages with customers and the market online.We are looking for someone who combines digital understanding with robust execution, someone who canbuild channels, run campaigns, interpret performance and continuously improve what works.

Responsibilities





- Develop and execute Pacifics digital and social media agenda across relevant platforms and customer touchpoints; Build and strengthen Pacifics digital presence including website and other relevant digital channels.

- Digital Social Media: Build and manage Pacifics presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest, driving brand visibility, engagement and consistent communication.

- Performance Marketing: Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google, tracking campaign performance and improving effectiveness.

- Content: Drive the digital content calendar with Brand Communications and adapt brand, product and project content for relevant digital platforms.

- Website SEO: Manage website content and support SEO, search visibility and Google Business Profile initiatives.

- Analytics Lead Generation: Track digital performance through GA4, Search Console and platform analytics, while building mechanisms to capture and track digital enquiries and leads.

- Agency Management: Manage relevant digital, performance and technology partners to deliver campaigns and digital initiatives.
