Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Fabric PPC with robust expertise in Fabric Process Planning, specifically for Yarn Dyed and Piece Dyed fabrics. Candidates must have experience working in a Shirting/Textile company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily Grey Fabric Issue Plans based on delivery schedules and product mix.
- Coordinate with Process House, Warehouse, SCM, Weaving, Sales, and Production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and improve OTIF performance and reduce Process House/Warehouse TAT.
- Prepare Plan vs. Actual, OTIF,
order status, and delay analysis reports.
- Reconcile Process House and Warehouse POs and maintain required documentation.
- Coordinate pre-shipment samples and daily packing plans as per sales requirements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Fabric Process Planning / PPC.
- Hands-on experience with Yarn Dyed and Piece Dyed fabrics.
- Experience in a Shirting company is mandatory.
