What Will You Do At Beco -
- Supervise all the warehouse’s daily activities while working to maximize efficiency and minimize staff overtime
- Ensure effective,
secure operations by implementing procedures and policies
- Analyse logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention
- Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
- Implement operational policies and procedures
- Implement and oversee security operations Manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity, and logistics
- Motivate, organize, and discipline staff
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods
- Inspect, maintain, and manage warehouse equipment and vehicles
- Keep detailed records of warehouse activities(P&L;)
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
