Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

Adarsh Developers is looking for a finance qualified with strong accounting,

reporting, and audit experience in the real estate / construction industry. The role involves end-to-end financial reporting, audit coordination, and financial analysis at project, company, and group levels.

Key Responsibilities

 Review General Ledger and Trial Balance along with supporting schedules.

 Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow at project,

company & group level.

 Handle intercompany and inter-branch reconciliations.

 Support finalization of accounts and coordinate audits (Statutory/Tax/Internal)

 Assist in financial planning, cost analysis, MIS, and management reporting.

 Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely reporting and audit requirements.





 Ensure compliance with IND-AS / GAAP / statutory and tax regulations.

 Support process improvements and system-driven reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

 CA Article ship experience in Real Estate / Construction industry is mandatory.

 Strong working knowledge of IND-AS / GAAP / taxation.

 Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP systems.

 Experience in handling audits and interacting with auditors.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
