Achieve monthly and annual gold loan disbursement targets

Generate current business through market visits, customer referrals, campaigns, and local marketing activities

Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers

Supervise end-to-end gold loan processing, disbursement, renewal, closure, and part-release activities

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to operational processes

Monitor daily branch transactions and operational controls

Ensure proper custody and security of pledged gold ornaments

Monitor branch portfolio performance and productivity

Ensure timely collection of interest and overdue amounts

Follow up on delinquent accounts, margin shortfalls, and renewal cases

Ensuring Overall Productivity of Branch Team
