We're Hiring – Sports Coordinator /n Location: EuroSchool HSR, Bengaluru /n ⏰ Immediate Joiners Preferred /n EuroSchool HSR is looking for an enthusiastic and agile Sports Coordinator to lead our school's sports programme and foster a culture of fitness, teamwork, and holistic student development. /n Role Summary /n The Sports Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all sports and physical education activities in the school. The role includes coordinating sports events, coaching support, inter-school competitions, student participation, and ensuring the effective implementation of the school's sports programme. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Plan and coordinate the annual sports calendar, tournaments, and inter-house competitions.

/n

- Organize and oversee sports coaching programmes and extracurricular sports activities.

/n

- Coordinate with coaches, teachers, and school leadership for smooth execution of sports events.

/n

- Promote student participation in sports and identify talent for competitive events.

/n

- Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of sports equipment and facilities.

/n

- Monitor student performance and participation in sports activities.

/n

- Organize workshops, fitness programmes, and sports awareness initiatives.

/n





- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all sports activities.

/n

- Maintain records, reports, budgets, and documentation related to sports programmes.

/n

- Build strong communication with parents and stakeholders regarding sports initiatives.

/n /n Qualifications & Experience /n /n

- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.); M.P.Ed. preferred.

/n

- 2–4 years of experience as a Sports Coordinator, Physical Education Teacher, or Sports Programme Coordinator.

/n

- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

/n

- Experience in organizing school sports events and inter-school competitions.

/n

- Passion for student development through sports and physical fitness.
