nnApexnova Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Domestic Logistics business and is looking for an experienced, energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive new business development and strengthen our corporate customer network across Delhi NCR.

nDesignation: Area Sales Manager – Delhi NCR

nBusiness Vertical: Domestic Logistics (FTL/PTL)

nJob Location: Noida, Sector 69

nJob Type: Full-Time

nExperience: 4–6 Years

nQualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

nCTC: ₹4.2–₹5.4 LPA + Performance Incentive + Annual Performance Bonus

nReporting To: Director

nn Key Responsibilities

n• Generate new corporate business for FTL/PTL transportation.

n• Identify and acquire new customers across Delhi NCR.

n• Develop business from manufacturers, exporters, importers, warehouses and other industrial sectors.

n• Conduct customer meetings and understand logistics requirements.

n• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate freight rates and close profitable business.

n• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through field visits, networking, referrals and LinkedIn.

n• Develop long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

n• Coordinate with Operations for smooth vehicle placement and shipment execution.





n• Develop strong relationships with transporters and fleet owners.

n• Achieve sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.

nn Ideal Candidate

n✔ 4–6 years of relevant Domestic Logistics / Transportation Sales experience.

n✔ Strong corporate customer network across Delhi NCR.

n✔ Good understanding of FTL/PTL transportation and freight pricing.

n✔ Proven track record of recent sales achievements and business generation.

n✔ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

n✔ Existing transporter / fleet-owner network will be an added advantage.

n✔ Preference will be given to energetic, self-driven and hands-on sales professionals with active customer relationships and a solid recent sales track record.

n✔ Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
