Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our loan sales business within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, financial services, or related fields, with strong expertise in team handling, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive loan business and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Officers/Relationship Managers.
- Develop new customer and business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, dealers, channel partners, and customers.
- Generate quality leads and ensure effective conversion into loan disbursements.
- Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, approval, and disbursement.
- Expand the company's market presence and identify new business channels.
- Track team performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure quality business while maintaining company policies and lending guidelines.
- Conduct regular field visits and support the team in closing important business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts,



and territory performance updates to management.

Preferred Experience
- 6+ years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, financial services, or related industries.
- Experience in handling a sales team and managing an assigned territory.
- Solid experience in business development, channel management, and loan acquisition.
- Candidates with experience in Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Gold loans or similar products will be preferred.
