ROLE: Front Line Sales Officer

POSITION: . Area Sales Executive Commercial Vehicle

REPORTING TO:Regional Head CV

LOCATION: As per Business requirement

Qualification: Graduate /MBA(Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development Achieve and exceed monthly and annual Net Sales Value (NSV) targets for the assigned territory.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Implement strategies to increase product reach, territory penetration, and market share.

2. Dealer Management & Channel Engagement Ensure 80%+ of dealers remain in active status through regular engagement and support.

Organize dealer meets, product training sessions

3. Dealer Appointment & Coverage Expansion Identify gaps in dealer coverage across Truck centres (TCs) and initiate dealer onboarding to ensure 80%+ TC coverage.

Drive the appointment process, including prospecting, evaluation, selection, and activation of new CV dealers.

Build partnerships with local influencers, fleet operators, and transport businesses to support dealer acquisition.

4. Customer Engagement & Retention Plan and conduct regular Fleet Owner Meetings in each TC per the business calendar.

Build strong relationships with large fleet owners, logistics operators, and transport associations.

Capture customer feedback to support continuous product and service improvement.

Act as the brand ambassador of Exide in the CV segment at the grassroots level.
