Position Title: Area Manager

Location: PAN India

Reporting To: Zonal Manager

Department: Services – Auction - Repo

Objective

Drive the sale of repossessed construction equipment within the assigned territory by expanding and managing an active buyer network, maximizing auction participation and price realization, and ensuring timely payment collection, transaction closure, and compliance with established auction processes.

Accountability

•

Drive the sale of repossessed construction equipment through online auction platforms and achieve sales, realization, and inventory liquidation targets.

•

Develop, activate, and expand a robust network of buyers, including used equipment dealers, contractors, rental firms, refurbishers, exporters, and end users.

•

Increase bidder participation, auction engagement, and bid depth to maximize asset realization and reduce inventory ageing.

•

Take complete ownership of auction transactions from bidding and sale confirmation through payment collection, documentation, asset transfer, and final closure.

•

Ensure timely collection of EMDs, sale proceeds,



and related payments in accordance with defined SLAs.

•

Support and conduct physical yard auctions, buyer inspections, and asset viewing activities where required.

•

Maintain strong relationships with buyers and market participants to drive repeat participation and business growth.

•

Monitor market trends, buyer demand, pricing patterns, and competitor activity to support effective sales strategies.

•

Provide market feedback and realized-price insights to valuation and central teams to enhance pricing and auction performance.

•

Ensure adherence to established auction processes, compliance requirements, documentation standards, and audit guidelines.

•

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless auction execution and customer satisfaction.
