Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic skilled with a background in Architecture or Interior Design to drive business growth for our Value-Added Solutions Division. The role will involve working closely with architects, designers, developers, and project stakeholders to promote customized surface solutions and create project specifications.

The ideal candidate will combine design expertise with a commercial mindset, enabling them to understand client requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and convert opportunities into successful business outcomes. This is a consultative sales role focused on driving specifications, developing project opportunities, and growing business for the Value-Added Solutions Division

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development activities for the Value-Added Solutions Division across identified markets and customer segments.
- Engage with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and consultants to understand project requirements and promote customized surface solutions.
- Leverage design knowledge to advise clients on material selection, applications, finishes, and value-added offerings.
- Develop project specifications and influence product selection at the concept and design stage.
- Collaborate closely with the factory, production, and sales teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
- Conduct design presentations, product demonstrations,



and solution-oriented discussions with clients and project stakeholders.
- Identify upcoming projects, market opportunities, and emerging design trends to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, customization, and customer satisfaction.
- Support pricing discussions, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, design forums, and client meetings.

Preferred Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- 2-8 years of experience in Business Development, Specification Sales, Design Consulting, or Project Coordination.
- Strong understanding of architectural materials, interior finishes, and design applications.
- Experience working with architects, designers, developers, and project consultants.
- Excellent presentation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to convert design discussions into business opportunities.
