Role Description The Architectural Drafter will work in office in Kottayam in a full-time capacity, preparing precise architectural drawings and construction documentation for a variety of CAD and BIM projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating 2D drawings and 3D models, coordinating with architects and engineers, and translating design concepts into detailed plans for architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines. The role involves interpreting sketches and specifications,



ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards, and supporting interior detailing, infrastructure drafting, and shop drawings.

The Architectural

Drafter will collaborate closely with project teams to meet deadlines, maintain quality, and contribute to continuous improvement in drafting workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Drawing, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and detailed plans.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Planning to understand design intent, spatial layouts, and functional requirements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings, including coordination across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit; familiarity with additional software (e.g., ZACAD+, STAAD.Pro, Solidworks) is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with prior experience in architectural drafting or CAD/BIM production.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret technical specifications, and commitment to quality and on-time delivery.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, and readiness to adapt to project requirements.
