About the Role

Aakriti Housing is seeking a talented and driven Architect with strong experience in residential and commercial real estate design, development, and space planning. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of hands-on experience with reputed design studios or real estate developers, and a proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of residential and commercial projects from concept stage to execution.

Develop innovative design strategies and processes to ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery.

Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into functional design solutions.

Prepare design concepts, detailed drawings, presentations, and specifications.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of design intent.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure all works align with approved drawings and quality benchmarks.

Oversee production of presentations, reports, and all necessary project documentation.





Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, design presentations, and participating in management meetings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Minimum 4+ years of experience with reputed design studios or real estate/construction companies.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative, functional, and innovative project work.

In-depth knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and construction techniques.

Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Experience in proposal drafting and participation in business development activities is an added advantage.

Residential project experience is mandatory.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in real estate or construction companies.
