Role Description The Architect will work on a full-time, on-site basis at our Guwahati studio, contributing to architectural projects from initial concept through detailed design and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with interior designers and consultants, and ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, regulatory, and sustainability requirements. The role involves participating in client meetings, understanding project needs, and translating them into clear design solutions and documentation.

The Architect will support project planning, monitor progress,



and collaborate with contractors and vendors during site visits and inspections to help deliver projects on schedule and within scope. This position offers hands-on involvement in diverse projects and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary design team.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed drawings.
- Experience with Integration of design elements and coordination across disciplines; familiarity with Software Development for design tools or workflows is an advantage.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking project milestones.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; qualified registration or progress toward licensure is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati on a full-time basis and manage multiple projects or tasks in a dynamic environment.
