Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Architect will translate design concepts into buildable solutions tailored to 3D concrete printing and robotics-driven construction workflows.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural designs and drawings, coordinating with engineering and software teams to ensure seamless integration of CAD models with printing systems, and optimizing designs for structural performance and constructability. The role involves participating in project planning,



preparing documentation, reviewing technical specifications, and supporting on-site implementation and quality checks. The Architect will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align design intent with project timelines, sustainability goals, and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create detailed, build-ready plans for innovative construction methods.
- Experience collaborating with Software Development and Integration teams to align CAD workflows, design data, and 3D printing processes.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of architectural deliverables and milestones.
- Proficiency in architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, parametric modeling software) and familiarity with digital fabrication or BIM workflows.
- Degree in Architecture or related field; professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
- Knowledge of structural fundamentals, building codes, and construction practices relevant to concrete and prefabrication technologies.
- Ability to work on-site, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in robotics, automation, or advanced construction technologies is highly beneficial.
