About the Company:

We are an architectural and interior design planning firm delivering end-to-end solutions across Architecture, Interior Design, Virtual Reality, Turnkey Project Execution, Home Automation, Residential & Villa Construction, Retail Fit-outs, Hospitality, and Office Projects.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Architect Head who can lead the architectural team, manage clients, and ensure the successful execution of projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the architecture team across multiple projects.
- Oversee architectural design, planning, detailing, documentation, and execution.
- Develop and review design concepts, drawings, presentations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.




- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and innovative design solutions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and design coordination.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, design consistency, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Mentor team members, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
- Identify potential project challenges and provide timely design and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in architecture, interiors, construction, or turnkey projects.
- Strong experience in team handling and leadership.
- Excellent client handling and communication skills.
- Experience working on residential, villa, commercial, hospitality, retail, or office projects will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural/design software is preferred.
