- Prepare 2D drawings including layout plans, working drawings, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop 3D models using SketchUp / 3ds Max and create high-quality 3d renderings
- Create walkthroughs / animations using Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray or similar tools
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and material specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Visit sites regularly and handle site execution, quality checks, and coordination
- Ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings and timelines
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and project documentation
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
