Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Architect will translate client requirements into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically aligned architectural designs, creating detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and external contractors, coordinating design with structural and MEP consultants, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

The role involves working closely with product and technology teams to integrate digital tools into the design and construction process, reviewing project progress,



and optimizing designs for cost efficiency and buildability. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, prepare documentation and presentations, and support project management activities across the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create practical, client-focused designs.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction or design projects.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts, especially as they relate to digital tools in design and construction workflows.
- Proficiency in relevant design and modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms).
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in India.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; qualified licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with clients and contractors, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in construction technology, data-driven decision-making, and cutting-edge approaches to homebuilding.
