- Hands on experience in collection based process
- Should have the capability to bring high resolution rate of working claims End to End experience required
- Follow-up with insurance carriers to check status of outstanding claims
- Receive payment information if the claims has been processed Analyse claims in case of rejections
- Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Have experience in HB billing AR
- Valuable knowledge in Healthcare concept
- Must be familiarize in global action
- Knowledge on various report generation
- Knowledge on Denial management and EDI Rejections
- Should work in night shifts with Good communication skills
- Knowledge on Underpayments
