Good to Have Skills

- 1. Knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)

- 1. Experience working with US healthcare insurance

- 1. Ability to handle high-volume claims

- 1. Solid communication and analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities

- 1. Review and follow up on pending medical claims with insurance companies

- 1. Handle denials, resolve issues, and resubmit claims as required

- 1. Ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with US healthcare guidelines

- 1. Work closely with the billing team to reduce AR days

- 1.



Maintain documentation and update claim status in the system

- 1. Communicate effectively with clients/payers for claim resolutions

- 1. Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
