Role Description This is a full time, on-site AR Analyst – Order to Cash role based in Mysore, offering a compensation of 5.5 LPA. The AR Analyst will manage end-to-end order to cash processes, including invoice generation, billing validation, payment posting, and reconciliation of customer accounts.

The role involves monitoring accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely cash application.



The AR Analyst will work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to maintain accurate financial records and improve collection efficiency. The position also requires preparing regular reports, analyzing aging data, and supporting process improvements and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Billing Process and Invoicing skills, with experience in end-to-end order to cash operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret data, manage aging reports, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, order to cash, or related finance roles, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in finance or accounting are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with strict timelines and performance targets.
