A fast-growing supply chain & logistics technology company and a client of Leadership Accelerator is looking to hire high-energy Appointment Setters to join its growing B2B sales team.

? YOUR JOB

Your job is easy

Start conversations → Qualify prospects → Book meetings.

You will

- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients
- Speak with decision-makers across Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations and Procurement
- Introduce 3PL, warehousing and supply chain solutions
- Understand prospect requirements and identify genuine opportunities
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
- Maintain prospect information and activity in the CRM

You don't need to close the deal yourself.

Your job is to create the right conversations with the right people.

? NO SUPPLY CHAIN EXPERIENCE? THAT'S OKAY.

You don't need to come in knowing everything about the supply chain industry.

We will train you.

You'll be given the knowledge and support to understand:

- How the supply chain & logistics industry works
- 3PL, warehousing and fulfillment solutions
- The challenges businesses face with their supply chains
- Who the key decision-makers are
- How to have meaningful conversations with potential clients

We're looking for people who are:

✅ Comfortable working independently

Experience: 1+ year in B2B sales, inside sales, tele-sales, lead generation, appointment setting or business development.

Supply chain experience is NOT mandatory.

Experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, technology or B2B services is an advantage.

? Graduate candidates preferred.

? 100% REMOTE
