About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Consultant / Application

Manager to lead the support, enhancement, change management, and governance of the organization's Human Capital Management (HCM) application landscape.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic IT partner to HR and business stakeholders,

ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement of digital HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role requires strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms, along with proven experience managing cross-functional HR technology initiatives, integrations, vendors, and application support teams.

Key Responsibilities

HCM Application Ownership

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HCM applications, including support,

enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and governance.
- Serve as the primary IT contact for HR business functions and leadership teams.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of HR systems.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital HR capabilities.

- Release Management

- Lead requirement gathering, solution design reviews, impact assessments, and

- Manage change requests through the complete lifecycle from business approval

to production deployment.
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, release planning, and post-go-live

support.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

Stakeholder &

- Vendor Management

- Partner closely with HR Leadership, COEs, Shared Services, and Business

Teams.
- Manage relationships with implementation partners, AMS vendors, and

technology providers.
- Conduct periodic governance meetings and service reviews.
- Drive SLA adherence and continuous service improvements

Integration &

- Data Management

- Oversee integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems including

Payroll, LMS, Attendance, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Coordinate API, middleware, file-based, and cloud integrations.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the HCM ecosystem

Support Operations

- Manage incident, problem, and service request processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure timely closure of support tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor application KPIs and service performance metrics.

Compliance &

- Governance

- Support audit, compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, change management, and data privacy

standards.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
