Software Developer (Android)

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate in technical discussions to evaluate business requirements and define effective software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality applications.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Analyze and resolve software defects and production issues in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Adhere to software development best practices, coding standards, and SDLC processes.
- Support application deployments, product enhancements, and release activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and take ownership of assigned development tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.

Technical Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with Java, C++, Spring Boot, HTML5, XML, and SQL.
- Experience developing Android applications using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Material Design.
- Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
- Knowledge of Docker,



Kubernetes, and Kafka is preferred.
- Experience with UPI, payment gateway, or banking integrations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Google Play Store deployment and release management processes.
- Understanding of modern application architecture and software engineering principles.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to banking, financial services, fintech, or digital payments domains.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Experience: 5+ Years Primary Skills: Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs

Preferred Skills: Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, UPI/Payment Integrations, Banking or FinTech Domain Experience

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification.
