Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety or relevant Safety qualification
CTC: ₹8–10 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, factory norms and EHS requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Implement safety policies, procedures and secure work practices across the plant.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, mock drills and awareness programs.
- Manage fire safety, emergency response and disaster preparedness.
- Monitor contractor safety compliance.
- Maintain statutory records, safety reports and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with Production,
Maintenance and HR teams to strengthen workplace safety.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of Industrial Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Factory Safety Regulations, Risk Assessment, Fire Safety and OHS.
- Experience in safety audits, incident investigation, compliance and training.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industries: Manufacturing, Engineering, Metals, Automotive, Chemical, Process or Heavy Engineering.
