Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Air Conditioning Sales Executive / HVAC Sales Executive to generate new business, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets for air conditioning and HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, references, online platforms, and market visits.
- Identify and approach recent customers, corporate clients, contractors, consultants, and businesses.
- Promote and sell air conditioning and HVAC products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.

Requirements




- 2–5 years of experience in AC, HVAC,Ductable VRF /VRV ,Cassette Ac sales.
- Good knowledge of air conditioning/HVAC products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and lead-generation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- A valid driving licence will be an advantage.
