We’re building a new AI-powered content vertical at BetterInvest, focused on creating original short-form content using AI, including cinematic microdramas, character-led stories, concept videos, and high-quality social media content.

We’re hiring an AI Video Creator based in Chennai who can speak and understand Tamil to work specifically on Tamil microdramas and AI-generated video content.

This role is for someone who understands visual storytelling and can turn scripts and concepts into engaging, cinematic AI videos while maintaining strong character and visual consistency across scenes.

What you’ll do

→ Create high-quality cinematic visuals and AI-generated videos

→ Produce Tamil microdramas, character-led stories, concept videos, and social media content

→ Translate scripts, emotions, dialogues, and situations into strong visual sequences

→ Create content for Instagram, YouTube, and other short-form platforms

→ Maintain character consistency across multiple shots and scenes

→ Maintain continuity in facial features, costumes, environments, lighting, mood, and overall visual style

→ Use advanced prompting, reference images, AI workflows, and regeneration techniques to achieve production-quality outputs

→ Refine and regenerate scenes until they meet the required visual standards

→ Experiment with recent AI image and video tools to continuously improve output quality





→ Work within structured creative workflows and deliver consistently at speed

You’re a great fit if you have:

→ Prior experience creating AI-generated videos

→ A strong portfolio demonstrating your AI video work

→ Strong experience with AI image and video generation tools

→ Deep prompting skills and an understanding of character consistency workflows

→ A strong visual eye for framing, composition, cinematography, atmosphere, and emotion

→ Fluency in Tamil and a strong understanding of Tamil dialogue, culture, expressions, and storytelling

→ The ability to understand scripts and translate them effectively into visual sequences

→ The ability to maintain visual consistency across longer sequences and multiple videos

→ A genuine interest in filmmaking, microdramas, social media content, and AI-native storytelling

→ The ability to experiment quickly without compromising visual quality

Chennai

This role requires someone who can work from Chennai and collaborate closely with the team.

We’re looking for someone highly experimental with AI tools, obsessed with visual storytelling, and excited to build Tamil AI content and microdramas at scale.

Prior AI video creation experience and portfolio are required.
