Role & responsibilities

- We are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer passionate about leveraging AI-powered software development platforms to accelerate engineering productivity, improve code quality, enhance SDLC e ciency, and drive innovation.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in JavaScript and Java technology stacks, contemporary software engineering practices, cloud-native application development, and hands-on experience utilizing AI-based coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, Kiro, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI development tools.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using JavaScript and/or Java technologies.
- Leverage AI-powered software engineering tools across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to improve development velocity and code quality.
- Build modern web applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
- Utilize AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, test automation, documentation, and modernization initiatives.
- Develop, customize, and operationalize AI-assisted engineering work ows and agent-based development practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern engineering standards.
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and technology selection decisions.
- Implement secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions following enterprise standards.
- Conduct code reviews and promote AI-assisted quality engineering practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.




- Contribute to engineering excellence initiatives and AI adoption strategies within development teams.
- Create technical documentation, knowledge assets, and reusable development accelerators.
- Mentor team members on modern AI-assisted development methodologies and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile Application Development Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development frameworks. Strong experience in Java and enterprise application development. Hands-on expertise in building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Experience designing scalable and maintainable application architectures. AI-Assisted Software Engineering Hands-on experience with one or more AI coding assistants and agentic development platforms: GitHub Copilot Devin Kiro Claude Code Cursor Similar AI-powered engineering platforms Proven experience utilizing AI tools for: Code Generation Requirement-to-Code Automation Test Case Generation Unit Testing Integration Testing Code Reviews Code Refactoring Legacy Application Modernization Performance Optimization Developer Productivity Improvements Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI engineering tools and frameworks.

Frontend Development

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Next.js, or Vue.js. Strong pro ciency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Understanding of responsive UI development and frontend performance optimization.

Backend Development





Strong experience in Java and enterprise application development Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services. Strong understanding of Spring ecosystem components Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Cloud and Spring Batch Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, Microservices and Distributed Systems Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, Design Patterns Experience with API security and authentication mechanisms OAuth2, JWT, SSO, OpenID Connect Hands-on experience with: Hibernate JPA Maven/Gradle API Gateway Experience integrating enterprise applications using Kafka, RabbitMQ Ability to optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resiliency in cloud and distributed environments.

Experience with application modernization, code refactoring, and AI-assisted enhancement of Java/Spring-based applications. Cloud & Platform Engineering Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications. Understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, monitoring, and observability practices. Familiarity with serverless computing and managed cloud services. DevOps & Automation Pro ciency with Git and modern source control practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker. Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms. Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and deployment automation
