What you'll do

- Build and run our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy across Google AI Overviews / AI Mode, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot
- Set up an AI-visibility measurement system: a tracked panel of patient prompts, citation and mention share vs. competitors (Apollo, Yashoda, KIMS, Continental, AIG, PACE), reported monthly
- Own entity strategy: make Lux Hospitals and each surgeon a clear, consistent, trusted entity across our site, Google Business Profiles, Practo/Justdial/directories, Wikipedia-adjacent sources and social profiles
- Design and implement structured data at depth (MedicalOrganization, Physician, MedicalProcedure, FAQPage, sameAs) and other machine-readability improvements (llms.txt, content architecture, answer-first page structures)
- Define content formats that get cited by AI engines (answer-first procedure pages, cost pages, comparison pages, doctor-authored FAQs) and brief our content and AI teams accordingly
- Drive brand mentions, not just links: digital PR, doctor quotes in health media, association listings, Reddit/Quora presence, review strategy across 13 Google Business Profiles
- Work directly with our surgeons to build E-E-A-T signals: bylines, credentials, medical review, first-hand experience content




- Partner with the AI engineering team to specify agents for AI-visibility monitoring, entity auditing, schema generation and content structuring
- Stay ahead of changes in how AI search retrieves and cites sources, and translate them into concrete monthly priorities

What we're looking for

- 4–8 years in SEO or organic growth with at least 1–2 years of hands-on GEO/AEO work and results you can show (AI Overview citations, LLM mentions, snippet wins)
- Strong technical SEO foundation: you can read a crawl, audit schema, and understand how retrieval and grounding differ from ranking
- Experience in healthcare or another YMYL vertical (finance, legal, insurance) strongly preferred; hospital or health-tech experience is a big plus
- Multi-location local SEO / Google Business Profile experience
- Digital PR or brand-mention experience, or the ability to build it
- Comfortable with GA4, Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs, and at least one AI-visibility tool (Semrush AI Toolkit, Profound, Peec, Otterly or similar)
- Can write and edit clear, medically accurate, answer-shaped content, or brief others to do it
- Communicates well with non-marketers: you'll be sitting with surgeons weekly
- Bonus: familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt design or working with engineering teams on automation

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
