Description This role involves designing and managing automated AI and data workflows, building pipelines to process unstructured documents, and developing backend APIs and AI services. It is suitable for logical freshers and early-career engineers with strong technical thinking and interest in AI.

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad - Delhi NCR, In person

Experience

- Experience with n8n or other workflow automation platforms
- Experience with Qdrant, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
- Experience with Docling, LlamaParse, OCR, or document-processing pipelines
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or other databases
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of MLOps, model serving, monitoring, and observability
- Experience building APIs, AI agents or production AI applications
- Strong GitHub profile, portfolio, or personal AI projects

Responsibilities

- Design and manage automated AI and data workflows
- Build pipelines to extract and process information from complex, unstructured documents including financial reports, PDFs, scanned documents, and tables
- Use modern document intelligence and layout-parsing tools
- Convert unstructured data into clean, structured JSON, Markdown, and AI-ready datasets
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database workflows
- Integrate and orchestrate LLMs, AI agents, and third-party AI APIs




- Develop backend APIs and services using Python frameworks
- Deploy and maintain AI services using Docker, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines
- Support model deployment, monitoring, optimization, and production reliability
- Build automated workflows for data processing, AI inference, evaluation, and business operations
- Collaborate with AI and software engineers to prepare high-quality datasets for model training and fine-tuning
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI frameworks, models, tools, and infrastructure

- Troubleshoot data and automation pipelines independently
- Demonstrate strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Show solid curiosity and willingness to learn rapidly in a fast-changing AI environment
