Description Wipro is hiring an AI Lead L1 to develop MVPs and comprehensive AI solutions that add business value. The role combines AI solution design, client interaction, and team leadership.

Experience

Responsibilities

- Manage product and solution development using AI techniques
- Lead development and implementation of custom AI solutions
- Review use cases to determine business value and feasibility
- Create product development strategy and integrate with larger interfaces
- Develop AI models and frameworks for business problems
- Draft user interfaces for AI products
- Analyze technology workplace and client requirements to define AI-based product solutions
- Implement security features required by the product
- Track industry and application trends to inform AI planning
- Create and delegate work plans to the programming team
- Interact with Holmes advisory board for knowledge sharing and best practices
- Maintain client relationships with strategic partners and decision makers
- Drive product design discussions and provide consultation based on customer needs
- Participate in client interactions and gather product development insights
- Interact with vertical delivery and business teams to respond to client requirements
- Assist in product demonstrations and gather client feedback
- Design presentations for seminars, meetings, and enclaves focused on the product
- Forecast talent requirements for current and future business needs
- Hire adequate and right resources for the team




- Ensure onboarding and training to improve team capability and effectiveness
- Build an internal talent pool and support career progression
- Manage team attrition
- Drive diversity in leadership positions
- Set team goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure Performance Nxt is followed across the team
- Lead engagement initiatives for the team
- Track team satisfaction scores and identify engagement initiatives

Additional Responsibilities

- Develop minimum viable products and comprehensive AI solutions
- Identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions
- Measure continuous technical project management and delivery through technology adoption, IP creation, MVP creation, patents, and research papers
- Measure client centricity through automation, on-time delivery, cost of delivery, and optimal resource allocation
- Measure capability building and team management through training, attrition, and webinars
