Experience

Responsibilities
- Manage product and solution development using AI techniques
- Lead development and implementation of custom AI solutions
- Evaluate use cases for business value and product feasibility
- Create product development strategy and integrate with larger interfaces
- Create and implement AI models and frameworks for business problems
- Analyze technology setting and client requirements to define AI-based product solutions
- Track industry and application trends to inform current and future AI needs
- Create and delegate work plans to the programming team
- Drive client discussions and provide consultation on product design
- Participate in client interactions and gather product development insights
- Interact with vertical delivery and business teams on RFP and client requirements
- Assist with product demonstrations and collect client feedback
- Design presentations for seminars, meetings, and enclave focused on the product
- Develop and maintain client relationships with key strategic partners and decision makers
Additional Responsibilities
- Implement necessary security features as per product requirements
- Identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions
- Review use cases and identify the latest AI that can be used in product development
- Interact with Holmes advisory board for knowledge sharing and best practices
- Forecast talent requirements for current and future business needs
- Hire adequate and right resources for the team
- Ensure onboarding and training to enhance team capability and effectiveness
- Build an internal talent pool and support career progression
- Manage team attrition
- Drive diversity in leadership positions
- Set team goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure Performance Nxt is followed for the entire team
- Lead engagement initiatives for the team
- Track team satisfaction scores and identify engagement initiatives
