SquadStack is Looking for:**** SquadStack.ai is India's largest-scale Voice AI platform for consumer sales, serving 60+ leading enterprise brands including AngelOne, IndiaMART, PhonePe, Swiggy, TATA Digital, and Amazon. We are looking for an AI Agent Product Manager who will own AI Chatbots and Voicebots end-to-end — from concept to production — while managing enterprise client relationships and driving continuous performance optimisation.

What You Will Do

- Own AI Chatbots and Voicebots end-to-end — build conversational journeys, write and test prompts, and manage enterprise client relationships
- Continuously optimise agent performance using live interaction analysis and edge case resolution
- Translate customer workflows into effective conversational journeys, business rules, and AI agent configurations
- Write, test, and refine prompts to deliver accurate, natural, contextual, and brand-aligned conversations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations teams to resolve challenges and deliver scalable solutions
- Track business and operational metrics, communicate performance insights, and convert client feedback into product improvements
- Work directly with VP and C-level executives at client organisations to shape their AI roadmap

Must-Have Requirements

- Hands-on prompt engineering experience — has written, tested,



and refined prompts in a production AI system
- Working knowledge of LLMs — ability to reason about model behaviour, context design, and failure modes
- Demonstrated client-facing experience — has independently managed enterprise client relationships at a senior level
- End-to-end product ownership — can take a feature or agent from brief to production without handholding

Good to Have

- Background in Voice AI, Conversational AI, or dialogue systems (e.g. Yellow.ai, Kore.ai, Haptik, Verloop, Skit.ai, Sarvam AI)
- CS or Engineering undergraduate degree
- Exposure to BFSI, fintech, or high-volume consumer sales domains
- Based in Delhi NCR / Noida or willing to relocate

Logistics

- Location: Noida — Monday to Friday, fully on-site
- Notice period: Immediate to 30 days preferred; 60+ days not accepted
- No ESOP for this role; fixed compensation only
