Key Responsibilities

- Manage patient balance collections.
- Explain EOBs and patient responsibilities.
- Support payment arrangements and collections.
- Resolve billing disputes and patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with billing and insurance teams.

General Requirements

- Home Health or Post-Acute Care experience is mandatory.
