Our focus includes Titanium & Titanium Alloys, Nickel & Nickel Alloys/Superalloys, Cobalt & Cobalt Alloys, Stainless & Specialty Steels, Aluminium & Aluminium Alloys, Tungsten and other Critical & Strategic Metals .

THE ROLE

We are looking for an AGM – Sales & Purchase to build and drive the commercial engine of the business.

The role will involve both procurement and sales — developing supplier and customer networks, sourcing competitively, generating profitable sales and building long-term B2B relationships across India and international markets.

You will work closely with the Founder’s Office and have significant autonomy to build the business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop relationships with Indian & international manufacturers, mills, traders and suppliers
2. Source and trade specialty metals at competitive prices
3. Build B2B customers across Aerospace, Defence,



Energy, Automotive, Engineering, Medical and Advanced Manufacturing
4. Negotiate pricing, specifications, credit, logistics and delivery
5. Manage the complete Purchase → Sales → Delivery → Collection cycle
6. Build and manage sales & purchase pipelines and margins
7. Identify new markets, products and trading opportunities
8. Progressively take ownership of the P&L; and commercial growth of the vertical

Candidate Profile

- We seek a high-energy commercial qualified who can both buy and sell .
- Experience in speciality metals, steel/non-ferrous metals, commodity trading, industrial B2B, aerospace/defence materials or international trading is preferred.
- MBA is a plus. IIM / IIT / Ivy League or other premier institutions are preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid relationships, negotiation ability, commercial understanding and a proven ability to close profitable business matter most.
