Agile Master, India
As an Agile Master / Scrum Master at Regnology, you will support a cross-functional team of approximately ten people working within a Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) product environment.
You will help the team apply Agile and Scrum principles effectively, establish a sustainable delivery rhythm, and coordinate with the other teams contributing to the same product. In addition to facilitating Scrum events, you will support delivery planning, dependency management, risk identification, release readiness and transparent reporting.
Your key accountabilities
- Facilitate effective Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Product Backlog Refinement.
- Coach the team in Agile principles, Scrum practices, self-management and continuous improvement.
- Help the team define realistic Sprint Goals based on available capacity.
- Monitor sprint progress, delivery commitments, blockers, risks and dependencies.
- Ensure impediments are visible, assigned and escalated when necessary.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Release Management and product teams.
- Support cross-team planning, synchronization and dependency-management activities in the LeSS environment.
- Contribute to release planning, release readiness and compliance with agreed delivery processes.
- Provide concise reporting on delivery status, risks, dependencies and release confidence.
- Ensure retrospective actions are concrete, measurable and followed through to completion.

- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Master, including at least 2 years supporting software or product-development teams.
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile product-delivery practices.
- Experience supporting a cross-functional software or product-development team.
- Experience working in a scaled Agile or multi-team product setting; knowledge of LeSS is preferred.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to coordinate dependencies, blockers, risks and delivery commitments.
- Good understanding of software development, testing, release and delivery processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to delivery.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar Agile delivery tools; a Scrum certification such as PSM or CSM is an advantage.
