Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, UX, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications and components.

- Develop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and content fragments.

- Work with AEM Sites, Assets, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).

- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party systems with AEM.

- Configure and manage AEM workflows, permissions, users, and content structures.

- Implement responsive and reusable front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.

- Support AEM deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and release activities.

- Follow Adobe and enterprise development standards, coding guidelines, and security best practices.

- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, estimation, and documentation.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).





- Experience with AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

- Robust knowledge of Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL/Sightly, and Apache Felix.

- Experience developing AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and schedulers.

- Strong understanding of AEM Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Content Services.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.

- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end development.

- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.

- Understanding of AEM security, caching, Dispatcher, and performance optimization.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with AEM Cloud Manager and AEM as a Cloud Service.

- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch/Tags, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products.

- Knowledge of React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience with Docker, Azure/AWS, or cloud-based environments.

- Adobe certifications related to AEM.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Experience

- 48 years of overall software development experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on AEM development experience preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
