Were looking for an Adobe AJO with experience in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Offer Decisioning Engine. The role involves designing and implementing Adobe-based solutions for personalized customer journeys, analytics, and real-time offer management.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement AEP, AJO, CJA, and ODE solutions.
- Lead data modeling, ingestion, segmentation, and activation.
- Integrate AJO with CRM, email, digital ads, social media, and marketing platforms.
- Build personalized customer journeys and engagement workflows.
- Work with business, marketing, analytics, and IT teams.
- Ensure data privacy, governance, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot implementation and support issues.

Required Skills: Strong AEP and AJO experience, knowledge of CJA/ODE, data ingestion, schemas, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, integrations, and valuable communication skills.
